Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with enrollment and payment, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1. Enrollment Process

    To enroll in our Summer Camps, please contact us via WhatsApp to enquire. Our Customer Service team will assist you with availability and details. Once confirmed, an official invoice and accepted payment methods will be sent to you.

  2. Tuition & Refund Policy

    Tuition fees must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice to secure the student’s space.

    Once enrollment is complete and payment is made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. SUP Education reserves the right to amend tuition fees and accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

  3. Attendance & Rescheduling

    Summer Camps are classified as Short-Term Courses. Due to fixed scheduling, limited capacity, and pre-ordered materials, no make-up classes, personal leave, or rescheduling are allowed.

    Exceptions are made only for the following circumstances, provided valid proof is submitted:

    • Sick Leave: If a student is absent due to illness, a valid medical certificate issued by a registered doctor must be provided.
    • Urgent Matters/Emergencies: Proof of the emergency must be submitted for consideration.

    In the event of valid sick leave or proven emergencies, SUP Education will endeavor to arrange a make-up class within the remaining camp period. Please notify us via WhatsApp immediately regarding any absence. If a suitable make-up time cannot be arranged before the end of the camp, no refund will be issued.

  4. Bad Weather Arrangements

    • A. Amber / Red Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 3: Classes will proceed as scheduled.
    • B. Black Rainstorm Warning, "Extreme Conditions" Announcement, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above:
      • Signal Issued BEFORE Class: If the signal is in force 2 hours before the scheduled class start time, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please allow our Customer Service team to contact you regarding make-up class arrangements.
      • Signal Issued DURING Class:
        • If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during class, students will remain in the center until it is safe to leave.
        • If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is announced during class, the class stops immediately. Please arrange for safe pick-up as soon as possible.
    • C. Weather Make-up Policy: If a class is cancelled due to bad weather, SUP Education will arrange an alternative make-up session before the end of the summer. If the student is unable to attend the assigned make-up session, no refund or further rescheduling will be offered.
